List of ingredients:

1 pack of corn tortillas
1 large can of refried beans
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
1 small can of jalapenos
1 jar of medium salsa
1 lime cut in half
1 medium tomato, diced into small pieces
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup of lettuce

Preparation method:

The first thing you want to do is to heat your beans in a pan. Then heat your vegetable oil in another pan and put your corn tortillas in the heated pan one at a time. You want to cook them until they become crispy and then place them on to a paper towel. Once all of your tortillas are cooked and crispy, you will take your beans and spread an even amount on to each of the tortillas. Now, put the shredded cheese on top of the beans. The next step will be for you to put your jalapenos, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, a bit of salsa, and green onion on the top. Now you are ready to enjoy a great tasting dish that will be a spicy crowd pleaser for anyone that likes their food nice and hot!
