List of ingredients needed:

1/4 cup of soy sauce.
2 cloves garlic, sliced.
2 inches of ginger root, sliced.
4 1/2 lb of pork tenderloin (3 tenderloins).
3/4 cup of honey.
3/4 cup of sesame seeds.

Cookery instructions:

In a large shallow dish, combine the soy sauce, garlic, and ginger; add tenderloins.

Cover and refrigerate for an hour, turning a few times.

Remove the pork from the marinade, discarding marinade. Pat dry.

Coat the tenderloins with honey.

Roll in sesame seeds.

Place on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan.

Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until a meat thermometer registers 160F.

Allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Ingredients:

One 4 lb beef pot roast.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
3 pieces of celery (4-inch).
1 large carrot, cut in chunks.
1 large onion, quartered.
½ teaspoon of rosemary.
½ teaspoon of thyme.
1 slice of bacon, cut into 6 pieces.
1/3 cup of Burgundy wine.
½ cup of water.
2 bay leaves.
1 ½ teaspoons of salt.
¼ teaspoon of pepper.
1 teaspoon of flour.

Method:

In a Dutch oven, brown the roast in the olive oil.

In a skillet, cook the celery, carrot, onion, rosemary, thyme and bacon pieces, stirring constantly and until the onion is golden; then add to the meat.

Add the Burgundy wine, water, bay leaves, salt and pepper.

Cover and simmer for 2 ½ hours.

Thicken the liquid with flour blended with a little cold water or wine, then cook for another 30 minutes.

Strain the liquid, discarding vegetables and bay leaves.

Serve the gravy with sliced roast.

One of the easiest, yet most satisfying recipes you’re ever likely to find:

List of Ingredients:

12 oz of beer.
4 large pork chops.
Quarter of an onion, sliced.
Salt and pepper, to taste.

Cookery Method:

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt & pepper.

Brown the chops over a medium-high heat.

Turn the heat to low, then add 12 oz of beer and the sliced quarter onion.

Cover and braise the chops, turning them a few times, until the beer is almost gone (takes about half and hour).

Serve as desired.
