This dish tastes special, like Easter Dinner or Mothers Day. Immensely savory lamb is stewed in rosemary, portabella mushrooms, and sherry. The result — a stroganoff fit for a king.

1 pound raw lamb, finely cubed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
½ pound baby bella mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sherry
1 cup cream
1 cup beef stock
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Heat the butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb and cook until browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Add the onion, garlic, paprika, and rosemary to the skillet; cook until softened, 4 to 6 minutes, stirring. Add the mushrooms and cook an additional 3 minutes, until softened. Turn heat to low and add the flour; cook 2 minutes, stirring to prevent burning. Add the sherry to the skillet, raise heat to medium, and stir vigorously to combine. Add cream, beef stock, and reserved lamb. Bring to a boil over high heat; reduce to a low simmer, cover, and cook 20 minutes, until meat is cooked through.

Serve immediately with a side of mashed potatoes.

List of ingredients:

1 ½ pounds of lean ground beef
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped onion
1 14.5 ounce can of tomatoes
¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup of macaroni, cooked and drained
1 tsp of salt
A dash of black ground pepper


You will want to take out a large skillet and heat the oil over a medium heat. Once it is heated you are going to add the ground beef, chopped onion, and celery. Fry it until the beef is browned and the onions are nice and tender. Now you will want to remove the ground beef and other ingredients from the heat and place it in a large casserole dish. Then you will want to add the tomatoes, the cooked macaroni, the shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Place the casserole dish into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly. Once the dish is done you will want to let it set for about five minutes before serving it.

This macaroni and ground beef casserole dish is a good one for anyone that has picky eaters in their home. It is a dish that will be liked by adults as well as children. List of ingredients:

1 pork shoulder roast
Steak or burger seasoning
¼ cup of apple juice
2 medium onions, sliced
1 seeded green bell pepper, chopped coarsely
2 ½ cups of barbecue sauce

Cooking method:

You are going to put half of the onions in to your slow cooker. Place the pork roast on top of the onions and sprinkle the pork roast generously with your seasonings. Then you will want to top the pork roast with the remaining onions and peppers. Take the apple juice and drizzle it over the pork roast. Now you will want to cover it and cook it on high for 6 hours. Once it is done you will remove the roast and the vegetables from the slow cooker. Place them on to a large plate or a cutting board and shred the pork roast. Pour the juices out of the slow cooker and return the shredded pork to the slow cooker. Now you are going to add your barbecue sauce into the slow cooker, cover it, and cook it on low for 1 hour. After it is done you will want to serve it on the toasted buns with the coleslaw and pickles. This is one of the easiest recipes you will ever find when it comes to making an absolutely delicious dinner for your family. Everyone in your family will agree that this is one great tasting meal. If you want to make a hamburger for your family that everyone will love, then you will want to try these onion burgers. 1.5 lbs hamburger

You will mix the hamburger, onion, onion powder, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl until it thoroughly blended. List of needed ingredients:

4 lb boneless pork loin.
2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon.
1/8 teaspoons of salt.
1/2 teaspoon of grated orange peel.
2 tablespoons of orange juice.
2 tablespoons of dry sherry.
16 ounces of whole berry cranberry sauce.


In a small saucepan, stir together all of the ingredients except the pork loin.

Cook, stirring over medium heat, until thickened; set aside.

Place the pork roast in a shallow baking dish. Roast at 325F for 45 minutes.

Spoon ½ cup of the glaze over the roast and continue baking for another 35-45 minutes more, until its internal temperature is about 160F.

Allow to stand for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving with the remaining sauce.

List of ingredients:

3 lb of lean beef.
3/4 cup of soy sauce.
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce.
1/4 cup of brown sugar.
1 teaspoon of onion powder.
1 clove garlic, crushed.
1/2 teaspoon of cracked pepper.
1/4 teaspoon of liquid smoke.


Cut the beef into strips half an inch thick.

In a large glass baking dish, combine all of the other ingredients to make the marinade.

Add the strips of beef, cover, then refrigerate for at least 10 hours or overnight.

Drain the beef slices.

Dry in an electric dehydrator at 145F until pliable.

List of needed ingredients:

8 fresh bratwurst.
1 tablespoon of all purpose flour.
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil.
1/2 teaspoon of dried marjoram.
1/8 teaspoon of caraway seeds.
1 cup of dark beer.

Preparation method:

Place the bratwurst in the center of a cooking grate.

Grill for about 22 minutes or until no longer pink in the center, turning once halfway through grilling time.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat flour and oil over a low heat, stirring frequently, until light brown.

Add the marjoram and the caraway seeds.

Gradually whisk in the dark beer.

Bring the sauce to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce is slightly thickened.

Place bratwurst in the sauce to coat.

Serve with the remaining sauce.

List of needed ingredients:

4 large quail birds.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
2 onions, diced.
2 cups of breadcrumbs.
2 cups of sliced wild mushrooms.
Salt and black pepper.
2 tablespoons of chopped thyme.
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
1/2 cup of clarified butter.


Preheat your oven to 350F.

Debone the quail from the back, leaving the bird whole.

In a heavy-bottomed frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.

Add the onion and cook until caramelized and brown, about 15 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 1 minute more.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the to the breadcrumbs.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Lay the birds out flat and divide the stuffing between the 4 quail, putting the mixture in the middle of the flattened bird. Repeat with the chopped herbs.

Re-form the quail to their original shape, then place them in a tin foil nest and brush with the clarified butter.

Place the quail in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.

Ingredient list:

1/2 lb of ground pork sausage.
1/4 cup of onions, chopped.
16 ounces of sauerkraut, drained and chopped.
2 tablespoons of dry breadcrumbs.
3 oz of cream cheese, softened.
2 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped.
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard.
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt.
Pinch of freshly-ground black pepper.
1 cup of mayonnaise.
1/4 cup of prepared mustard.
2 large eggs.
1/4 cup of milk.
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
1 cup of dry bread crumbs.
Vegetable oil.

Cooking method:

In a large skillet, combine the ground pork sausage and chopped onions; cook until the sausage is browned, stirring until it crumbles.

Drain well.

Stir in the sauerkraut and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, parsley, 1 teaspoon of mustard, garlic salt and black pepper.

Add sausage mixture; stir thoroughly. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

Combine the mayonnaise and 1/4 cup of mustard; set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the eggs and milk; set aside.

Shape the sausage mixture into three-quarter inch balls; roll in flour.

Dip each ball in reserved egg mixture; roll balls in 1 cup of bread crumbs.

Pour the vegetable oil to a depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375F.

Fry, a few at a time, for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.

Serve with mayonnaise mixture.

Ingriedient list:

1 1/2 teaspoon of chopped shallots.
1 garlic clove.
1 teaspoon of oil.
2 cups of blackberry pulp.
2 teaspoons of honey.
1 whole clove.
1 teaspoon of cardamom.
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced.
1 1/2 cups of Port wine.
4 lamb chops.


Saute the shallots and garlic in hot oil until translucent.

Mix the blackberry pulp, honey, clove, cardamom, and jalapeño; then add the port.

Reduce to half, then add the add remaining ingredients.

Grill the lamb chops for about 4 minutes each side for medium.

Serve with sauce.
