List of ingredients:

1 pork shoulder roast
Steak or burger seasoning
¼ cup of apple juice
2 medium onions, sliced
1 seeded green bell pepper, chopped coarsely
2 ½ cups of barbecue sauce

Cooking method:

You are going to put half of the onions in to your slow cooker. Place the pork roast on top of the onions and sprinkle the pork roast generously with your seasonings.
