List of ingredients:

2 1/2 pounds of sweet potatoes
2 large eggs, which have been lightly beaten with a fork
3 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp of butter to grease the pan with
2 tbsp of packed brown sugar
1 tsp of kosher salt
1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ground ginger
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of ground black pepper
1/4 cup of coarsely chopped pecans

Cooking instructions:

The first thing you will want to do is to make sure that your oven is preheated to 400 degrees. Now you will place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and pierce each one of them two or three times with a fork. Put them into the oven and bake them for about 50 minutes or until they are nice and tender. Take them out and set them aside to cool. Now you will want to turn the oven down to 350 degrees. Scoop the sweet potato out of their skins and place them into a medium bowl. Discard the skins into the trash. Mash the potatoes until they are smooth. Now add in the eggs, butter, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and pepper it to taste. Whisk the mixture until it becomes smooth. You will need to butter an 8 by 8-inch casserole dish. Take the sweet potato mixture and pour it into the pan and sprinkle the top with the coarsely chopped pecans. Bake the dish for about 40 minutes until it is a bit puffy. Take it out and serve it immediately.

8 ounces of macaroni pasta
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 1/2 tsp of ground mustard
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp of salt
1 dash of hot pepper sauce
1 1/2 tbsp of butter
3 1/2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1/2 tsp of paprika

Preparation method:

The first thing that you will want to do is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then you are going to grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Get a large pot and fill it with water, add in a pinch of salt and bring it to a boil. Then you are going to add in the macaroni and cook it for about 8 to 10 minutes. Once it is done you will want to drain all of the water out. Now heat your milk in a sauce pan and stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and hot sauce; set it to the side. Stir 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter and 3 cups of cheese into the drained macaroni. Pour the hot milk mixture over the cheese and macaroni. Now you are going to transfer it to your baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese on the top. Combine the bread crumbs with the melted butter, and spread over the top. Sprinkle the top of it with paprika. Bake the dish in the oven for about 30 minutes and then place it under the broiler for about 1 minute.

1 ½ pounds of lean ground beef
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped onion
1 14.5 ounce can of tomatoes
¾ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
¾ cup of macaroni, cooked and drained
1 tsp of salt
A dash of black ground pepper


You will want to take out a large skillet and heat the oil over a medium heat. Once it is heated you are going to add the ground beef, chopped onion, and celery. Fry it until the beef is browned and the onions are nice and tender. Now you will want to remove the ground beef and other ingredients from the heat and place it in a large casserole dish. Then you will want to add the tomatoes, the cooked macaroni, the shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Place the casserole dish into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until it is hot and bubbly. Once the dish is done you will want to let it set for about five minutes before serving it.

List of ingredients:

1 pork shoulder roast
Steak or burger seasoning
¼ cup of apple juice
2 medium onions, sliced
1 seeded green bell pepper, chopped coarsely
2 ½ cups of barbecue sauce

Cooking method:

You are going to put half of the onions in to your slow cooker. Place the pork roast on top of the onions and sprinkle the pork roast generously with your seasonings. Then you will want to top the pork roast with the remaining onions and peppers. Take the apple juice and drizzle it over the pork roast. Now you will want to cover it and cook it on high for 6 hours. Once it is done you will remove the roast and the vegetables from the slow cooker. Place them on to a large plate or a cutting board and shred the pork roast. Pour the juices out of the slow cooker and return the shredded pork to the slow cooker. Now you are going to add your barbecue sauce into the slow cooker, cover it, and cook it on low for 1 hour. After it is done you will want to serve it on the toasted buns with the coleslaw and pickles. 8 ounces of fat-free sour cream
16 ounces of reduced-fat cream cheese
2/3 cup of sugar
¼ cup of fat-free milk
½ tsp of vanilla
½ cup of strong brewed coffee
2 tbsp of coffee liqueur
2 3 ounce packages of ladyfingers
2 tbsp of sifted unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation method:

Take out a large mixing bowl and combine your sour crème, cream cheese, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat it with an electric mixer until it is smooth. Now you are going to combine your coffee and coffee liqueur. Take one pack of the ladyfingers and layer them in a 2-quart rectangular baking dish cut side up. Brush them with half of your coffee mixture. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top. Repeat that entire process and then sprinkle the sifted cocoa powder on the top.
